No. Unlimited people can use the apps you build, on every plan including Free. Most tools in this category charge per app user — we do not, and we do not plan to. Your published apps are static files served from a CDN-backed store, so a hundred people using one costs us the same as one person.

A team member builds — they sign into Love Spreadsheets, create and edit apps, and count against your plan's seats. An app user uses something you built — they sign into your app, not ours. Team members are limited by your plan. App users never are.

One thing the AI does inside a published app: answering a chat message, reading an uploaded document, scoring a record, writing a summary. It is separate from AI messages, which are what you spend building. Automations themselves — scheduled jobs, emails, file uploads, API calls — are unlimited on every plan; only the ones that call AI count.

Free is 1 spreadsheet per app at up to 5,000 rows. Pro is 5 spreadsheets at 25,000 rows each. Business is 10 at 50,000 each. Rows are counted across every tab, and it works the same whether you upload a file or connect a Google Sheet.

One message to a human on our team, inside the same chat you build in — not a ticket, not a bot, and not a queue. They can open your build, look at your data and change it with you. Every plan gets some each month, including Free. If you need more than your plan allows, ask and we will usually just help.

Free if you want to see whether this works on your own spreadsheet — it is the full builder, not a demo, the app you publish is real, and you can still ask an engineer for help. Pro the moment other people need to log in, you want the app on your own domain, or five engineer messages a month stops being enough; that is the line most teams cross in week one. Business when the app is something the company depends on and IT has questions — SSO, audit logs, a signed DPA and an engineer who already knows your build.

A real engineer on our team opens your build, looks at it, and changes it with you — fixes what is broken, adds a feature, sharpens a prompt. It is on every plan including Free; what changes with the plan is how many times a month you can ask. It is part of the product, not a fallback, so be ambitious with what you ask for.

Lifetime is a one-time payment for the same limits and features as the monthly plan — no recurring subscription. You keep access for as long as Love Spreadsheets is operating.

Yes. Monthly upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable. We never delete your apps.

We do not do refunds, because nothing traps you into needing one: cancel in one click, keep working to the end of the period you paid for, and drop back to the forever-free tier with your apps still running.
