Keep every quirk — the recount reminders, the "overflow bin" notes, the SKU you suspect is walking out the door. None of it needs cleaning; the dashboard reads the sheet as-is and keeps reading it live.

Pick the Dashboard template. If a WMS or e-commerce platform holds part of the picture, connect it with an API key so its counts appear next to your physical ones — the disagreement between them is exactly what you want visible. Then write the request the way you'd brief a new second-shift lead:
